required.
2. Eligibility
• Rent-to-Own is available for payments in Indian Rupees (₹) only.
• Customers must use a supported card or UPI payment method that allows automatic monthly
payments.
• Only Sonic Atlas bundles specifically marked as “Rent-to-Own” are eligible. Individual
expansion packs and plugins are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Pricing and Payment Plans
• The bundle price is divided into equal monthly instalments over the selected 3-, 6- or 9-month
plan.
• There is no interest, plan fee or late fee.
• Prices include applicable GST, and an invoice is provided for every payment.
• The price is locked when the plan starts and is not affected by subsequent price changes or
promotional offers.
• Coupons and promotional discount codes cannot be used for Rent-to-Own purchases.

• The first payment is collected at checkout, and access to the eligible libraries is enabled
immediately.
• Remaining instalments are charged automatically on the same date each month.

• The selected plan duration cannot be changed once the plan has started.
• Customers may update their supported card or UPI payment method through their Pitch Innovations
dashboard.
5. Failed Payments and Access

Customers can also make the payment through their Pitch Innovations dashboard.
• Access to the RTO libraries continues for 3 days after a failed payment.
• If payment remains outstanding after the 3-day grace period, access will be suspended until the
outstanding payment is resolved.
• Once the outstanding payment is successfully received, access will be restored, subject to any
applicable account or licensing requirements.
6. Early Payments
Customers may pay their outstanding balance early through their Pitch Innovations dashboard
without additional fees. The applicable perpetual licence is granted once all payments have been
completed successfully.

instalments, are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

8. Multiple Plans and Plan Changes
• Customers may have multiple Rent-to-Own plans running at the same time.
• A plan cannot be upgraded to a larger bundle or changed to another plan duration once it has
started.
9. Product Usage and Licensing
• While payments are up to date, customers may use the RTO libraries in accordance with the
applicable product licence.
• After all instalments have been successfully paid, the customer receives the applicable
perpetual licence, subject to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and standard activation
limits.
• Music created and released by the customer during the RTO period remains the customer's work
and may continue to be used royalty-free, subject to applicable third-party rights and licence terms,
even if RTO library access is later suspended.
• The product licence is for the customer's use only and may not be sold, shared or
transferred.
• The EULA and standard activation limits continue to apply.
10. Product Updates
Customers receive the same applicable product updates as regular buyers during the RTO plan and
after completing all payments, subject to the relevant product and licence terms.
11. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Pitch Innovations support to resolve payment concerns before
initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is raised, access to the RTO libraries may be suspended while
the dispute is investigated and resolved, subject to applicable law.
12. Suspension or Termination
Pitch Innovations may suspend or terminate an RTO arrangement where fraud, licence sharing or
misuse is identified, subject to applicable law and any applicable notice or procedural
requirements.
13. Changes to RTO Terms

started unless required by law or otherwise permitted under the applicable
agreement.
